Orla

(Image sourced)

This is Orla from new-ish shoe designer Isa Tapia. Isn't she beautiful? Yes we know I am loving the lace up heels at the moment, so win one there. The chunky heel is win two. But check out that kick ass embroidary pattern!!! = win bazillion. Now to figure out a payment plan so that I will be able to look down at my feet and smile like a goof xx

Staples

Wearing; Bassike stripe tee, Ksubi thrifted shorts, H&M belt and Rayban reflective sunglasses

This is from an evening with John, spent eating fish and chips at Cronulla. Look at those gorgeous colours in the sky.
I'm sporting some new additions to my wardrobe. First the ultimate in striped affairs, this super comfy Bassike tee. I've been wanting it for so long, now I've finally given in to it's stripey allure and I'm kicking myself for not doing it sooner. It really is the perfect stripe top with the most gorgeous cut. This year I'm determined to spend my monies on investment pieces even though the disapppearance of large sums from my bank account does send me into a slight head spin. The Bassike tee is the first of these, of course absolutely no regrets from when I first put it on.
Secondly these reflective Raybans which were a birthday present from John. I am now obsessed with them and will use any excuse to wear them, even if its a five-minute drive to Woolworths, in the rain... So when I really love something I will use them repeatedly: expect this of these two items. xx

March Wishlist

This would make a great outfit.
1. C&M Chloe tee - I love the print C&M have created for their latest collection. The peplum skirt is super cute, but seeing as I have a lack of statement tops this is my choice.
2. Tom Ford lace up heels - these are the ultimate lace up heels! Drool worthy...
3. Bijules knuckle ring - this is my next jewelery lust. I've been wearing a copy that turns my finger green and absolutely can not wait till I get the real deal.
4. Friend of Mine leather trousers - leather trousers are all the rage right now and these are just perfect. They come in white too. Mmm xx

Brighton Date

Wearing; Zara denim shirt, Sportsgirl tee, Eska Alikai leather skirt and Converse

John and I went for a nice evening in Brighton Le Sands the other week. Filled with thai entrees and giant ice cream sundaes and crepes for main meals. Still obsessed with this leather skirt, and pairing it with sneakers is my way of toning it down, suitable for work and train rides. xx

Ripity-Rip

Wearing; Asos/DIY jeans and clutch, Supre top, Sportsgirl beanie, Wittner heels & YSL ring

A few things about this ensemble. I wanted jeans with knee rips right, but because I'm such a perfectionist I couldn't find any I really loved, so I thought why not do it myself. Genius. I've made the initial rips and now just have to wait for time to really ruin them. Yes. And who would have guessed this top was from Supre?? I love the skinny straps and the ultra high neckline. Oh and welcome to beanie season. xx

West 14th

(Images from www.w14th.com)

Everyone knows I love leather, in basically any shape or colour. So when I found out about new all-leather brand West 14th, I had to share my excitement. Sydneysider and founder Violeta Tentomas has sourced the smoothest buttery soft leather for her black and white collection. Featuring timeless shapes and clean lines, these pieces will fit in anyone's wardrobe and be treasured for years to come. This collection is heaven to me, I love every piece but I definitely need that white leather Greenwich Street Motor jacket in my life. This is one brand to watch. Have a look at the collection here. xx

Neon Summer

Wearing; Local Celebrity dress, Aldo heels & Westward Leaning sunglasses

Seeing as it's the end of Summer here in Sydney, I decided to do one last summery post featuring lots of brights. I bought this dress in the middle of last Winter, and was itching to wear it ever since. Even though cut-outs are not my thing, to me this is the ultimate beach/pool party outfit. The heels I bought in New York last November and it was love at first sight. I probably spent about half an hour walking around the store in them while my sister tried on other shoes. Too bad I can barely walk in them but meh those are the things you do for love. So yes goodbye Summer but hello to mixed seasonal dressing, my favourite type. xx
